How It Works
A step-by-step guide to the First Class Card Pro shipping system. From sleeve to seal in under 60 seconds per shipment.
Step 1: Sleeve the Card
Slip your trading card into a penny sleeve. This is the first layer of protection — guards against scratches, dust, and surface damage during handling.
Pro Tip: For multi-card shipments (up to 6), stack sleeved cards facing the same direction.
Step 2: Insert into Top-Loader
Insert the sleeved card into a standard 3"x4" top-loader. Apply one of the provided vinyl TL seals to close the top opening so nothing slips out in transit.
Pro Tip: Press the seal firmly along the entire top edge — incomplete seals are the #1 cause of in-transit slips.
Step 3: Apply Glue Dots
Take a First Class Card Pro Carrier Card. Apply 2-4 Glue Dots from the included dispenser to the designated mounting area (marked on the card).
Pro Tip: Glue Dots beat tape every time — clean removal, no residue, no mess.
Step 4: Mount to Carrier Card
Press the sealed top-loader firmly onto the Carrier Card, aligning with the printed guides for perfect USPS automated-sorting compliance.
Pro Tip: The alignment guides keep you under the 0.25" thickness limit.
Step 5: Slide into Envelope
Slide the assembled Carrier Card + top-loader into the provided Aimoh #10 security envelope.
Pro Tip: The security tint inside the envelope prevents anyone from seeing the contents.
Step 6: Seal & Ship
Peel the adhesive strip and seal the envelope. Apply your eBay Standard Envelope shipping label and drop it in the mailbox.
Pro Tip: ESE rates start at just $0.68 per shipment.
Step 7: Track & Confirm
Upload the tracking number to eBay and send your buyer a quick confirmation. Closing the loop boosts your seller rating and protects against INR claims.
